Data Masking and Encryption
To maintain the highest level of security when data needs to be shared externally, it’s possible to Mask (Obfuscate) either part of the data contained in a file or to encrypt the entire file.
It’s possible to mask data (names of individuals, companies, accounts, etc.) contained in Office files and other supported file formats.
Masking: the software tool is able to create a Vocabulary of words that can be used to substitute the real words within supported files.
Encryption: every kind of file can be encrypted using an AES algorithm
