> KPIs ALERTS & RED FLAGS

From the data we collect we are able to calculate Key Performance Indicators and generate automatic Alerts when certain measures are passed (the Red Flags levels).

To calculate a KPI – Key Performance Indicator, we extract and use the measures from one or more balance sheets. A single measure could be, for example: the volume of turnover or calculations made using different measures (like the ROE-ROI-ROS). These calculated measures are called Indexes.

A customer might give us not only the measures to calculate an index, but also:-

  • Give us some “levels of intensity” to understand when a phenomenon is under control and when not, the so called “Red Flags” levels.
  • When a phenomenon is going above or below certain “Red Flag” levels, our customer tells us which are the Alerts we have to report to whom then we are in front of a real KPI – Key Performance Indicators.
